Apple Pecan Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Filling
- 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 apple, diced
Wrap
- 6 bibb lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, rosemary, Dijon mustard, and honey. Add the chicken and apples, and mix well.
- Assemble the wraps by filling the lettuce leaves with the chicken mixture. Top with pecans and cranberries.
- Serve immediately.
