Angel Hair Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- 1 lb dried angel hair pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into thirds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- While it is cooking, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, shrimp, asparagus, wine, and red pepper flakes. Cover and cook until the shrimp is cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta to the shrimp and toss well.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
