Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded cooked chicken
 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
 - 1 celery rib, finely diced
 - ¼ cup red grapes
 - ½ apple, diced
 - 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 whole wheat tortilla
 - ½ cup romaine lettuce
 
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, celery, grapes, apple, and walnuts. Mix well.
 - Layer all of the ingredients in the centre of the tortilla. Roll it up.
 - Serve immediately.
