- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- ¼ cup espresso
- Using an electric mixer, whip cthe ream and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the vanilla bean seeds and espresso. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
