Ingredients
Berry Filling
- 1 ½ cups quartered strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ lemon, juice
Oat Topping
- ½ cup quick cooking oats (gluten-free)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease 6 small oven-safe ramekins. Set them aside.
- To make the berry filling, in a large bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Toss them with the granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Transfer the berry mixture into the prepared ramekins. Set them aside.
- To make the oat topping, in another large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until everything is combined. Top each ramekin with some of the crisp topping. Bake the crisps until the berries have softened and the crisp is golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Allow the crisps to cool for at least five minutes before enjoying.
