Steak & Eggs Meal Prep
Ingredients
- 1 red leaf lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 16 slices roast beef
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- 4 large eggs, soft boiled
Instructions
- Fill four airtight containers with the lettuce. Top it with the tomatoes, roast beef, and boiled eggs. Add a small container of the blue cheese dressing on the side.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
