Steak & Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta bun
- 1 tbsp butter
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 1 grilled New York striploin, thinly sliced
- 2 large eggs, poached
- 2 tbsp Hollandaise sauce
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
Instructions
- Cut the bun in half. Spread the butter on each half and sprinkle lightly with the garlic powder. Broil the bun for about a minute or until the top gets golden. Arrange the steak slices over the garlic toast. Top each half with a poached egg. Smother the eggs in Hollandaise sauce. Drizzle with steak sauce and serve immediately.
