Ingredients
- 2 rice cakes
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh drill
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese over the rice cakes. To each rice cake with the cucumbers, smoked salmon, and dill.
- Serve immediately.
