Protein Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
