Peanut Butter Squares
Ingredients

- 1 cup icing sugar
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼-1/2 cup milk
Squares
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a square baking dish. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set it aside.
- In another large bowl, cream together the sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Add flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Transfer tothe baking dish and bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- To make peanut butter frosting, mix together the icing sugar, peanut butter and add milk until the desired consistency is reached. Once the squares have cooled, top with frosting.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
