Peach Basil Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 6 white teas
- 8 cups water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4-6 basil leaves
- 2 peaches, sliced
Instructions
- In a large heatproof dish, steep the tea in the boiling water with the basil and sugar for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve and stir in the peaches. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve over ice.
