- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Kalamata olives, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ tsp Greek seasoning
- Spread hummus over toast. Top with roasted red peppers, olives, feta cheese and Greek seasoning.
- Serve immediately.
