Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- dark rum
- hot water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and spices. To make the hot buttered rum, spoon 2 tablespoons of butter mixture into a serving glass. Top with about a shot of dark rum and fill glass up with hot water. Mix well before serving.
- Serve immediately.
