Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
 - 2 cups water
 - 1 mango, diced
 - 1 cup strawberries
 - ½ cup blueberries
 - ½ cup blackberries
 - ½ lemon, juice
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - ½ cup vanilla yogurt, for serving
 - 2 tbsp chia seeds, for serving
 
Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package directions. Allow it to cool completely.
 - In a large serving bowl toss the quinoa with the fruit, lemon juice, and honey.
 - Serve immediately with vanilla yogurt and chia seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
