Ingredients
Melon Cucumber Salad
- 2 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 2 cups cantaloupe, diced
- 1 cup watermelon, diced
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
To Serve
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 16 slices turkey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, cucumber, and basil.
- Serve immediately with the cottage cheese and turkey slices or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
