- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in ½ cup of water. Add the cherries and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Discard the remaining cherries. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Combine all of the ingredients together and serve over ice.
