Candy Cane Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup1 tsp peppermint extract
- cream
- 4 mini candy canes, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium pot, heat the milk and chocolate over medium heat. Heat the mixture, while whisking constantly, but do not boil. Once the mixture is hot and the chocolate has melted, add the peppermint extract or peppermint schnapps just before serving. Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
