Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
Burgers
- 8 slider buns
- ¼ green leaf lettuce
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup hot sauce
Buffalo Chicken Patties
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the buffalo chicken patty ingredients. Shape into small patties. Refrigerate the patties for at least 20 minutes before grilling.
- While the patties are chilling, combine all of the pickle ingredients together. Set it aside.
- Once chilled, grill the patties over medium-high heat until they are golden and the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Brush the patties with more hot sauce before serving.
- Assemble the sliders on the buns, topped with the lettuce and more crumbled blue cheese.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
