Avocado Egg Salad Toast
Ingredients
- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 large egg, boiled and chopped
- ½ avocado
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the egg and avocado with the back of a fork. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Spread mixture on toast and top with tomato slices.
- Serve immediately.
