1 cup raspberries
¾-1 cup white sugar
½ cup water

½ cup peach juice or nectar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup water
4 cups sparkling water

Honey Cayenne Lemonade
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup honey
½ cup water

Cayenne pepper to taste

How to make Lemonade

Lemonade

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

This refreshing lemonade tastes like summer! Enjoy it as-is or jazz it up with other tasty flavours like blueberries, strawberries or cucumbers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Begin by juicing the lemons. 6 lemons yields about 1 cup of juice.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat water and sugar until sugar has dissolved completely. Allow mixture to cool.
  3. Mix lemon juice, simple syrup (sugar mixture) and water in a pitcher.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.

Strawberry Rosemary Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Begin by juicing the lemons. 6 lemons yields about 1 cup of juice.
  2. Using a mortar and pestle or back of a spoon, bruise rosemary sprigs so they release their aroma
  3. In a small saucepan, heat water, sugar AND fresh rosemary sprigs until sugar has dissolved completely.
  4. Allow mixture to cool.
  5. In a blender, puree strawberries and rosemary-infused simple syrup.
  6. Mix lemon juice, strawberry puree and water in a pitcher.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and more rosemary.
