3 Easy Guacamole Recipes!

Salsa Guacamole
2 avocados, diced
1 cup tomatoes, finely diced
¼ cup white onion, finely diced
½-1 garlic clove, grated
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, zest and juice
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!

Greek Guacamole
3 ripe avocados, diced
3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, minced
3 tbsp olives, pitted and roughly chopped
½-1 garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tsp greek seasoning
½ lemon, juiced
2 tbsp feta, crumbled for garnish

In a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crumbled feta.
Enjoy!

Bacon & Goat Cheese Guacamole
3 ripe avocados, diced
6 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 garlic clove, grated
2 green onion, sliced
½ lemon, juice
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with extra crumbled goat cheese and bacon bits and enjoy!

Classic Guacamole

This refreshing dip is just irresistible when served with tortilla chips, fresh cut veggies or spread on sandwiches or burgers!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a potato masher, mash the avocados.
  2. Mix in lime juice, red onion, jalapeno, tomato, garlic, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    Chipotle Black Bean Dip
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp of taco seasoning
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • olive oil
  • Curried Sweet Potato Hummus
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium sweet potato, boiled or roasted
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Greek Hummus
  • 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the dip is too think, add olive oil until it has reached the desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy!
