Mango Lassi

This refreshing Indian-inspired smoothie is a great way to start your morning!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp sugar OR honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
