Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp blackberry jam or jelly
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mason jar or small bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate and use within 3 days.
