Spicy Eggs Benedict

  1. Cut the biscuit in half.
  2. Place each biscuit, cut-side-up, on a plate.
  3. Top each half with a strip of bacon, some pickled jalapeños and a poached egg.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Hollandaise sauce with a splash of hot sauce.
  5. Smother the eggs in the Hollandaise mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
